Activating Your License

When you purchase Clockwork Offloader Pro, your license key is displayed immediately on your order confirmation screen and sent via email.

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Settings → Clockwork Offloader → License.
  2. Paste your license key into the License Key input.
  3. Click Activate License.

WordPress securely pings our licensing API to register your domain and unlocks automatic background update delivery.

License Tiers & Site Limits

Every license tier includes Unlimited Media Items & Thumbnails with no storage metering penalties, plus a 50% lifetime renewal price lock.

  • Single Site ($50/yr, regular $100/yr): Activates 1 live production domain. Staging, local (e.g. localhost, *.test, *.local, staging.*) environments do not consume activation slots.
  • 5 Sites ($100/yr, regular $200/yr): Activates up to 5 production domains. Supports WordPress Multisite networks (a multisite network counts as 1 activation for the primary domain).
  • 10 Sites ($200/yr, regular $400/yr): Activates up to 10 production domains.
  • Unlimited Sites ($250/yr, regular $500/yr): Unlimited domain activations across all your client sites, agency hosting clusters, and enterprise networks.

Transferring Licenses Between Domains

Moving a website from staging to production or reallocating an activation slot to another client?

  1. On the old site, visit Settings → Clockwork Offloader → License.
  2. Click Deactivate License. This instantly frees the slot on the licensing server.
  3. Enter the license key on your new site and click Activate License.

Automatic In-Dashboard Updates

Clockwork Offloader Pro natively integrates with the WordPress update transient engine. When a new version is released, an update notification appears in your WordPress Dashboard → Updates and Plugins page. You can update with a single click without manually downloading ZIP files.
